      For any problems, please contact us here at sales@cartierforflowers.co.nz or phone us on 0064 09 523 3535.  Cartier For Flowers' policy is to always have a happy outcome for any problems because we value you as a customer even though sometimes, problems do arise through circumstances outside our control.

      Our standard return policy for our fresh flowers is within 3 days. However, if it is after 3 days since your purchase or receiving them, please contact us at sales@cartierforflowers.co.nz or phone us on 0064 09 523 3535.   We may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, but we will do our best to work out something to keep you happy.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. In some instances, it must also be in the original packaging.
      We may require a receipt or proof of purchase. However, please do contact us here or phone us on 0064 09 523 3535 to work out a happy resolution.

      Shipping
      To return your product, you should mail your product to Cartier For Flowers, 25 Teed St, Newmarket, AKL1023. For any problems, please contact us at sales@cartierforflowers.co.nz or phone us on 0064 09 523 3535.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on the return address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
